Dear T+A Users,
Since January 19th 2025, we have been receiving an increasing number of reports regarding disruptions to Internet radio functionality in devices produced between 2007 and 2015. The Internet radio function in these devices is provided by the "vTuner" service. Unfortunately, since this weekend, Internet radio has become inaccessible.
We cannot explain the cause of the issue, as we have an unlimited agreement with vTuner to provide the Internet radio service. Our team is currently working diligently to contact vTuner to find a solution.
However, we regret to inform you that, as of today, we are unable to estimate how long this disruption may last, as we have not yet received any response from vTuner.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend using Internet radio via Bluetooth on compatible models by streaming from your mobile device, such as through smartphone apps like "Radioplayer."
We understand how frustrating this situation is and are doing everything in our power to reactivate the service as quickly as possible.
To allow our team to resolve the issue effectively, we kindly ask for your understanding with the following two requests:
Please refrain from sending in your devices. As the issue does not originate in the hardware, neither our service teams in Herford nor your local dealer will be able to resolve it.
Please also avoid contacting us regarding this matter. Furthermore, our entire service team is intensely engaged in testing alternative solutions, and we want to ensure we are utilizing all resources as efficiently as possible to resolve the issue quickly.
